Review: This Guildford-based band has Markus Flaherty (lead vocals, guitar), Jay Evans (lead guitar), Gareth Sandhu (bass guitar), Tom Worrall (keys, vocals), Jonty Finn (drums, percussion, vocals), Will "Captain Bliss" Greener (harmonica, vocals). Their new E.P "This Cage" is now available from the ITunes store. The title track is also featured in the 2008 East End gangster movie "Night Dragon". Jay Evans and Gareth Sandhu also play in Sea Foam Green.

I saw these guys at the beginning of the year and not so long ago at The Boileroom. They were good the first time, now I think they've got what it takes to make it big. They had a CD out with their pop song on it which is really catchy. The lead singer has an amazing voice, the piano player is awesome, the drummer and guitar player are hot. Not sure about the other two though! It doesn't really matter, coz they sound really good, and I can't get there myspace songs out of my head!
ReplyDeleteSaw these guys a few months ago, they were excellent. The music was really toe-tapping, and they all seemed to be having such a good time on stage, it was really infectious. Catch them if you can - they are an amazing live act!
